“I've been to Botany Toyota numerous times for different reasons over the years. Every time the staff have impressed me with their helpfulness and positive energy. I will continue to use them as my primary servicing agent and anything to do with my Hilux”

"My wife and I are loving our new Corolla, it’s not too big and not too small which is perfect for us. The helpful staff at Botany Toyota, in particular Evie Peace, really looked after us. Overall, we had a great experience.”

Ponnaiyan was looking for a new runabout that would achieve better mileage. Being a fan of the Toyota brand and owning a 2012 Toyota Camry, the decision to purchase a Toyota Hybrid was a no-brainer. After doing his research: “I landed on the Hybrid RAV4 because it had AWD as well”. After four months of driving, he can’t fault the driving experience, “It’s really good. The quietness of the Hybrid is great. I really like it!”

Rajvir and her family have always been Honda owners, but she recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for two reasons: One - “Petrol prices keep going higher and higher” and she wanted to take advantage of those fuel savings, and two - she did her research online and found that the standout Hybrid SUV was the RAV4, “it had amazing reviews.” After some much-needed driving time, Rajvir and her family couldn’t be happier, “It’s really comfortable, my kids love riding in the back. And it’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s on.”

"When Carl rang me to open the gates I heard him say to someone ‘Are you all right, have you had a fall can I help you to stand up?’ I walked down to the gates and found my neighbour being held up by Carl and another lady against the fence. My neighbour had apparently had a minor stroke and fallen. Carl helped get him into a car and take him home then helped him inside up quite a steep slope. Carl then came back to my place, explained several matters about my Yaris which I wasn’t sure about and, before leaving, said he would go and see if my neighbour was ok or needed any more help. We wanted to express to Carl our gratitude, we feel not everyone would have been as thoughtful or helpful under the same circumstances." Bev Tarner, August 2021
The design team behind NZ’s newest Toyota store, Botany Toyota, have taken out top honours in the 2020 NZ Wood Resene Timber Design Awards.
Woodhams Meikle Zhan Architects (WMZA) & Blueprint Consulting Engineers have won the Commercial Design category from what competition judges say was an impressive field of entries.
Manukau Toyota Group owner, Tony Howard, says the win is a great acknowledgement of the successful partnership between function and design.
“A design was required that would allow customers to feel, health and safety not with standing, that they had an all-access pass to the dealership.
“I look at the building now and think - no question - this is just perfect."
Whether it be alternative energy sources, interconnected traffic & safety systems, human assisting robots or new modes of personal transport, Toyota is constantly focused on developing for the future.
Our busy lives mean we spend a lot of time travelling around in our cars. All this driving can cost a lot of money in fuel, as well as generating unnecessary air pollution. But there are some simple ways in which we can reduce these.
