Whats included in your Toyota service??

When booking at an Authorised Toyota Store, your service assistant will take care of you, ensuring you receive the best value for you and your vehicle. Any additional work identified by our trained staff will be discussed and approved by you prior to work commencing. All work is undertaken by trained Toyota technicians, with Toyota Genuine Parts, and includes full electronic health and warranty checks.

New Vehicle Offer 2019 Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are subject to Toyota New Zealand’s General Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified below. 
  2. The Free 3 Year Scheduled Service Plan and 5 Year Warranty Upgrade Offers are available on the following new Toyota vehicles purchased at TDP, Bronze or Farmlands pricing through an Authorised Toyota Dealer between 1 July 2019 and 30 September 2019 and delivered by 31 October 2019:
    • All Hilux
    • All Landcruiser Prado
    • All Land Cruiser 70
    • All Corolla  

Free 3 Year or 45,000km* Scheduled Service Plan

  1. Every new Toyota vehicle described above will receive a free 3 year or 45,000km* scheduled service plan:
    1. The free 3 years or 45,000km* services form part of the Service Advantage package. The terms and conditions of Service Advantage apply to this offer.
    1. The scheduled service plan applicable to a specific vehicle can be accessed in the Service Record Booklet located in the Owner’s Manual Wallet or by visiting an Authorised Toyota Store or Service Agent
    2. The scheduled service plan offer covers cost of parts and labour required for routine scheduled servicing for 3 years (36 months) or to a maximum of 45,000km*.
      1. Scheduled servicing as per manufacturers instruction is every 12 months or 15,000km*
      2. Land Cruiser 70 requires intermediate servicing every 6 months or 7,500km*, these additional intermediate services will be covered under this free service offer
    3. Non-routine maintenance service items, such as tyres and brake pads and intermediate servicing for severe usage are not covered
    4. The fourth year (or 60,000km*) service can be purchased at a capped amount for the fourth service under the Service Advantage package
      1. Capped price for the fourth year (or 60,000km*) will vary for each model
      2. Additional services beyond the 4 years or 60,000kms* can be purchased at normal recommended retail price which will ensure the free Platinum Warranty extension is validated and remains current.

Whichever occurs first under normal operating conditions.

 

5 Year Warranty Upgrade

  1. Every new Toyota vehicle described above will receive an upgrade to a 5 year or 150,000km* Platinum Warranty, provided scheduled servicing is met at an Authorised Toyota Dealer or Service Agent:
    1. The terms and conditions of the Service Advantage package apply to this offer;
    2. To receive and maintain the benefits of the warranty extension, the Toyota vehicle must:
      1. be serviced in accordance with Toyota New Zealand’s recommended service schedule
      2. have all required services completed within 2 months or 2,000kms * at an Authorised Toyota Store or Service Agent
      3. have all required intermediate services completed within 1 month or 1,000kms* at an Authorised Toyota Store or Service Agent (LC 70 only)
      4. continue to service at an Authorised Toyota Store or Service Agent throughout the duration of the 5 years or 150,000km* to maintain the validity of the free Platinum Warranty extension
    3. Some exclusions apply, please refer to the New Vehicle OCTY and Toyota Care Service Advantage Booklet for warranty exclusions and servicing requirements.
