*Manukau Toyota Group – Fuel Saver May Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Manukau Toyota Group (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00AM Thursday 1 May 2026 and concludes at 11:59PM Tuesday 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

All qualifying purchases and test drives must be completed within the Promotion Period.

3. Participating Dealerships

“Participating Dealerships” means:

• Manukau Toyota – 1 Gladding Place, Manukau
• Botany Toyota – Cnr Te Irirangi & Accent Drives, East Tamaki
• Papakura Toyota – 300 Great South Road, Takanini
• Pukekohe Toyota – 22 Stadium Drive, Pukekohe

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are New Zealand residents.

For the Test Drive Prize Draw (clause 6), entrants must also hold a valid driver licence that meets the Participating Dealership’s test drive requirements.

The following persons are ineligible to participate:

• Employees of Manukau Toyota Group
• Employees of Toyota New Zealand Limited
• Employees of Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited
• Employees of Toyota or Lexus dealerships nationwide
• Contractors, consultants, suppliers, and agencies associated with the above
• Immediate family members of any of the above (including spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, and siblings, whether by birth or marriage)

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

5. Used Vehicle Purchase Offer – $500 MTA Fuel Voucher

Customers who purchase a used vehicle from a Participating Dealership during the Promotion Period at full advertised retail price will receive one (1) MTA fuel voucher to the value of NZ$500 (“$500 Voucher”).

Conditions:

• Offer applies to used vehicles only.
• “Full advertised retail price” means the vehicle is sold at the advertised vehicle price displayed by the Participating Dealership at the time of sale, with no discount applied to that advertised vehicle price (excluding on-road costs, registration, licensing, accessories, and other fees).
• Fleet, wholesale, commercial, and insurance purchases are excluded unless otherwise approved in writing by the Promoter.
• One (1) $500 Voucher per qualifying vehicle purchase.
• The $500 Voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Voucher will be issued at time of vehicle delivery or as otherwise determined by the Promoter.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or honoured.
• Use of MTA vouchers is subject to the issuer/provider’s terms and conditions.

6. Test Drive Prize Draw – $1,000 Fuel Voucher (One Winner Per Dealership)

Customers who complete a qualifying test drive in a new or used vehicle at a Participating Dealership during the Promotion Period will receive an entry into the prize draw for that Participating Dealership to win one (1) fuel voucher to the value of NZ$1,000 (“$1,000 Prize”).

No purchase is required to enter.

Conditions:

• Test drive must be completed in person during the Promotion Period and in accordance with the Participating Dealership’s test drive policy.
• Entries will be recorded using the customer details collected by the Participating Dealership at the time of the test drive.
• One (1) entry per person per completed qualifying test drive.
• A person may complete multiple qualifying test drives and receive multiple entries, provided each entry relates to a separate completed test drive during the Promotion Period.
• One (1) winner will be drawn per month, per Participating Dealership (four winners total per month).
• The $1,000 Prize is a non-cash prize and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or honoured.
• Use of the fuel voucher is subject to the issuer/provider’s terms and conditions.

7. Opt-out

Customers who do not wish to be entered into the Test Drive Prize Draw may opt out by notifying the relevant Participating Dealership in writing (via email or in person) 3 days before the Prize Draw. Upon receipt of this request, the customer will be removed from the draw and will not be eligible to win.

8. Prize Draw Details

Prize draws will be conducted for each Participating Dealership as follows:

• May 2026 entries: Drawn in early June 2026 (as previously scheduled).
• June 2026 entries: Drawn at 11:00am on Tuesday 7 July 2026 at Manukau Toyota, 1 Gladding Place, Manukau City.

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries recorded during the relevant promotional month for each Participating Dealership. Entries from one promotional month will not be carried over into any subsequent monthly prize draw

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of entry within 5 working days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted by 5:00PM on the 5th working day after notification, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw until a valid winner is found.

9. Voucher Redemption

Unless otherwise stated by the voucher issuer/provider, vouchers must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.

Vouchers are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the voucher issuer/provider.

10. Publicity

By entering, prize winner(s) agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media.

11. General Conditions

Manukau Toyota Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required by unforeseen circumstances or to ensure the Promotion is run fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Privacy

By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion, in accordance with Toyota’s Privacy Policy available at www.toyota.co.nz.
