^{ILAM Toyota Service Offer Terms & Conditions}

^{1. These terms and conditions are subject to Toyota New Zealand’s General Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified below.}

^{2. Receive 3 vehicle services at no charge with the purchase of a used Toyota vehicle imported and supplied by Toyota New Zealand and purchased from ILAM Toyota between 1st July and 30th September and receive 3 services at no charge (‘Service Offer’).}

^{3. For the purposes of this promotion ‘purchased’ means that the customer has executed a Vehicle Offer and Sale Agreement (‘VOSA’) with ILAM Toyota.}

^{4. The Service Offer covers the cost of parts and labour required for up to the next 3 routine scheduled services due after the vehicle is purchased. Scheduled servicing as per manufacturers instruction is every 12 months or 15,000km*.}

^{5. Non-routine maintenance service items, such as tyres and brake pads and intermediate servicing for severe usage are not covered.}

^{6. The Service Offer is subject to vehicle availability.}

^{7. This Service Offer is available in conjunction Toyota New Zealand’s 6.95% finance offer. It is not available in conjunction with any other offer.}

^{8. The Service Offer must be redeemed at an Authorised Toyota Dealer or Service Agent.}

^{9. The Service Offer is not redeemable for cash or discount.}

^{10. ILAM Toyota have the right to vary, withdraw, or extend this offer.}

^{* Whichever occurs first under normal operating conditions.}
