Built for the Job
A full range of Genuine Toyota Accessories exclusively designed and engineered to integrate with the vehicles safety systems is available for the Hiace ZR 2-seat automatic.
Starting at the top is a three-bar heavy duty roof rack which is rated to 120kg across the three bars which is compatible with a wide range of equipment and accessories.
A front cargo barrier with an air-conditioning curtain or a full cargo partition is also available for the Hiace ZR automatic, as is a factory designed towing package with a removable tongue.
Power and Efficiency
Thanks to its Euro 5 four-cylinder 2.8-litre 1GD turbo diesel engine with Stop & Start function, the Hiace offers seamless on-road performance across the range.
The Hiace ZR 2-seat automatic van’s highly efficient common-rail turbocharged engine and six speed automatic transmission delivers 130 kilowatts of power and 450 Newton metres of torque.
Effective Load Space
The Hiace ZR automatic offers 6.2 cubic metres of cargo carrying capacity. The load floor length is 2745mm, load width is 1775 mm and the load height is 1315mm.
The cargo area is also designed to allow the easy fitting of racking or other modification, and it provides six tie down points on the floor.
The Hiace ZR automatic has a towing capacity of 1,500kg with a braked trailer, and a maximum payload of 1030kg.
Creating a Safer Mobile Workplace
Toyota Safety Sense is fitted as standard across the Hiace range, and it features Pre-Collision System with Autonomous Emergency Braking, as well as vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle detection functions. Lane Departure Alert with brake control will help the driver maintain lane discipline, while Road Sign Assist and Automatic High Beam allow you to focus on the road ahead.
Trailer Sway Control is also fitted as standard to all Hiace models and provides you confidence when taking to the road with a loaded trailer hitched to the vehicle.
The Hiace ZR 2-seat automatic has a 7-airbag system including driver and passenger front airbag, seat side airbag, driver’s knee airbag, and front curtain shield airbag.
Easier Parking and Safer Manoeuvring
Each Hiace is fitted as standard with parking sensors in the front and rear bumpers, a blind spot monitoring system, a reversing camera, and rear cross traffic alert which will alert you about oncoming traffic when trying to reverse the vehicle from a driveway or a building entrance.
The Hiace ZR 2-seat automatic is also equipped with power folding mirrors, to prevent possible damage when you are parking the vehicle in narrow streets or when you are manoeuvring inside a building.
