Nanogirl Labs works to make the wonders of science engaging for all New Zealanders. Dr Michelle Dickinson (MNZM) co-founder of Nanogirl Labs strongly believes that science should be open, transparent and a topic of conversation over the dinner table, not just the lab bench. Her vision is to create positive role models in the world that our children can aspire to be like. Michelle was awarded a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit and was the winner of the Women of Influence award for science and innovation in 2016.
When asked about being an ambassador for Toyota, Michelle says that she is excited to be working with a company that is at the cutting edge of innovation. Nanogirl Labs follow and help create the very latest advances in science and technology, and through this partnership, will be able to share these further with New Zealanders.
Michelle’s desire to show the world that science is everywhere, exciting and will shape the future is a natural fit to be a Toyota ambassador as we move into major technological advances in the automotive industry.
