We're thrilled to be able to support the work of the Trustpower TECT Rescue Helicopter by sponsoring their rapid response vehicle. The Trustpower TECT Rescue Helicopter’s expert pilots and crew have undertaken thousands of missions, impacting people in our community.
Good Neighbour
We love working with the team from Good Neighbour, a non-profit organisation that provides practical support to those people who need it - one person, one family at a time. We're proud to be able to support this great cause. One of those initiatives was to help Good Neighbour into a new Toyota Hilux, allowing their team to stay mobile.

Cram the Van
Cram the Van in partnership with Radio 1XX is an initiative launched to give back to those in need during Christmas time. Every year, the van travels to businesses, local events and schools where we collect gifts, non-perishable food items, dog & cat food and toys. The aim is to fill the entire Hiace van with donations that is distributed to local Eastern Bay charities.
Stuff the Bus
With a focus on community and giving back, we’re excited to be able to support More FM Stuff the Bus each year. Our staff and customers collect non-perishable food and gifts that is distributed to local Tauranga charities.
Prize Patrol Vehicles
We’re proud to support Radio BOP with two prize patrol vehicles to support their community focused work in Whakatane. The new Toyota Hilux’s provides the team transport as well as giving away a few prizes to the Eastern Bay.
Kawerau WoodFest
Every year, Pacific Toyota Whakatane, sponsors the Kawerau WoodFest where the Eastern Bay of Plenty community come together to attend New Zealand’s’ premier festival to celebrate all things wood. We’re excited to support the team with a sign written Hilux and we’re also named sponsors of the Big Dig & Diddy Dig competition. We endeavour to be in the community, for the community.
Aims Games
We’re proud to support the Anchor Aims Games international sporting championships each year. Aims Games is an individual team sporting championship event which involves various schools throughout New Zealand, Tonga and the Cook Islands.
