Manukau Toyota Group Spring into a Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
   Complete a vehicle service, take a test drive, or purchase a used Toyota vehicle and go in a draw to win a Prezzy Card worth $2,500 ("the Promotion") is conducted by Manukau Toyota Group.
   
   
2. Toyota New Zealand’s Prize Draw Terms and Conditions apply to this promotion, unless otherwise specified below.
   
   
3. Promotion Period
   The Promotion begins at 9:00AM on 10 September 2025 and ends at 5:00PM on 31 October 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). The test drive, service, or used Toyota vehicle purchase must be completed by 31 October 2025.
   
   
4. Eligibility
   • The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are New Zealand residents and hold a valid full New Zealand driver’s licence. The winner may be required to provide proof of residency.
   • The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
     1. Employees of Manukau Toyota Group, Toyota New Zealand Limited (“TNZ”), Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited (“TFS”), any Toyota or Lexus dealership nationwide; or Bridgestone New Zealand Limited;
     2. Contractors, consultants, suppliers, and agencies engaged by or affiliated with any Toyota or Lexus dealership, TNZ or TFS (including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, media, promotional, and event management agencies);
     3. Employees of direct competitors to Toyota or the Manukau Toyota Group; and
     4. The immediate family members of any of the above (including spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, and siblings, whether by birth or marriage).
        
        
5. How to Enter
   Eligible individuals will be automatically entered into the into the draw when they do any of the following at Manukau Toyota, Botany Toyota, Papakura Toyota or Pukekohe Toyota during the Promotional Period:
   • Complete a vehicle service;
   • Complete a test drive in a new or used vehicle;
   • Purchase a used Toyota vehicle.
   • Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry corresponds to a separate qualifying transaction or action (as detailed in this clause) during the Promotional Period.
   • Customers who do not wish to be automatically entered into the draw may opt out by notifying Manukau Toyota, Botany Toyota, Papakura Toyota or Pukekohe Toyota in writing (via email or in person) before the end of the Promotional Period. Upon receipt of this request, the customer will be removed from the draw and will not be eligible to win.
     
     
6. Prize Details
   • The prize is a Prezzy Card to the value of $2,500.
   • The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other goods in kind.
     
     
7. Prize Draw
   • The prize draw will take place on or after Friday 31 October 2025 at Manukau Toyota Group, 1 Gladding Place, Manukau.
   • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
   • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted by 5:00pm on the 5th working day after the Prize Draw the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Prize Draw will be redrawn until a winner is found.
     
     
8. Publicity
   • By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Manukau Toyota Group may use their name, photo, and entry details for promotional and media purposes, without compensation, in connection with the Promotion.
     
     
9. General Conditions
   • Manukau Toyota Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
   • Manukau Toyota Group may change these terms and conditions if necessary to allow the Prize Draw to run as intended.
   • The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
     
10. Privacy
    • By entering the Prize Draw participants agree to the terms of Toyota New Zealand Privacy Policy.
