ILAM Toyota Terms & Conditions
*These terms and conditions are subject to the Toyota New Zealand’s General Terms and Conditions, unless specified below.
Prize Draw T&Cs
2. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these general terms and conditions and any specific or additional terms and conditions as outlined below.
3. This Prize Draw is run by Miles Limited trading as Ilam Toyota.
Eligibility
4. The Prize Draw is open to any New Zealand resident who:
a. Purchases a used vehicle (including demonstrator models) from Ilam Toyota between 10:00am 1 February 2026 and 5:30pm 30 April 2026 ('Promotional Period'); and
b. are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry ('Eligible Entrant').
5. Employees of Toyota New Zealand Limited, Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, Lexus and Toyota Dealership staff and their immediate families are not eligible for this Prize Draw.
How to Enter
6. Each Eligible Entrant will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw by completing the required actions outlined at point 4 above.
7. There will be one entry into the Prize Draw for each vehicle purchased under point 4 above.
8. In the event an Eligible Purchaser does not wish to enter the Prize Draw, they may opt out at the time of purchasing the vehicle or by emailing
online@ilamtoyota.co.nz or calling
03 343 0009 Toyota New Zealand.
9. If an Eligible Entrant's contact details change during the Promotional Period, or in the period when the Prize Draws occur, the Eligible Entrant is solely responsible for contacting Ilam Toyota to amend those Neither Ilam Toyota nor Toyota New Zealand takes any responsibility to ensure that an Eligible Entrant's details are correct at the time of a Prize Draw.
The Prize
10. There are three Prize packages each consisting of:
a. One $1,050 Canopy Camping Escape Voucher; and
b. One $150 fuel voucher from Z Energy.
11. Ilam Toyota reserves the right to offer substitute prizes.
The Prize Draw
13. There will be three prize draws held on the schedule below, and one winner randomly drawn from each Prize Draw:
a. 6 March 2026 at 8:00am for used vehicles purchased between 10:00am 1 February 2026 and 5:00pm 28 February 2026.
b. 3 April 2026 at 8:00am for used vehicles purchased between 10:00am 1 March 2026 and 5:30pm 31 March 2026.
c. 8 May 2026 at 8:00am for used vehicles purchased between 8:00am 1 April 2026 and 5:30pm 30 April 2026.
14. There will be three winners in total, and each will be randomly drawn by Ilam Toyota from all Eligible Entrants.
15. The winners will be notified via telephone or email on the number or email address recorded on the Vehicle Offer and Sale Agreement completed at vehicle purchase.
16. If a winner cannot be contacted 48 hours after the Prize Draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Prize Draw will be redrawn until a winner is found.
17. The winners will each receive a Canopy Camping Escape voucher valued at $1,050 and a Z Energy fuel voucher valued at $150. Prizes must be collected from Ilam Toyota at a time mutually agreed between Ilam Toyota and the winner.
Further Terms and Conditions
18. Neither Ilam Toyota nor Toyota New Zealand take any responsibility for any fringe benefit tax obligations which may arise from the Prize.
19. This offer is available alongside other used vehicle promotions run by Toyota New Zealand and Ilam Toyota.
21. By entering, prize winner(s) agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media.
