The key features of TVI are:

• Cover for Toyota and Lexus vehicles up to 20 years old.

• Good-as-new guaranteed: we ensure your Toyota or Lexus is repaired with Genuine Parts and to the highest possible standard.

• If your new Toyota is stolen or cannot be repaired to our standards, we’ll replace the vehicle with a brand new vehicle of the same or similar specification, provided it is within 3 years of the date of purchase and it has travelled less than 100,000km during that time.

• If your Signature Class Toyota or your Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, is stolen or cannot be repaired to our standards, we’ll replace it with one of the same or similar specification (if within 2 years of the date of purchase and travelled less than 100,000km)

• We’ll pay the purchase price on used vehicles: If your used vehicle is stolen or damaged within the first 12 months of purchase from a Toyota Store and cannot be repaired to our standards, we will pay you the purchase price.

• GAP cover – covers the difference if, in the event of an accident, your vehicle's insured value is less than the amount owing on your Toyota Financial Services Finance contract (to a maximum of 20% of the vehicle's market value)

• Round-the-clock accident assistance

• 24 hour Toyota Roadside Assistance
