Toyota Vehicle Insurance

• 3 Year replacement on new Toyota vehicles – If your Toyota is stolen or cannot be repaired to our standards, we’ll replace the vehicle with a brand new vehicle of the same or similar specification, provided it is within 3 years of the date of purchase and it has travelled less than 100,000km during that time.

• We'll pay the purchase price on Toyota Certified vehicles – If your Toyota Certified vehicle is stolen or cannot be repaired to our standards, we’ll pay the purchase price of your Toyota Certified vehicle, provided it is within 2 years of the date of purchase and it has travelled less than 100,000km during that time.

• We’ll fill the gap – If your vehicle is a total loss and the amount you owe Toyota Financial Services is more than you receive from us to settle your vehicle claim, we will pay the difference to a maximum of 20% of the vehicle’s market value.

• Toyota Genuine Parts and repair guarantee – we use Toyota genuine parts whenever possible to repair your vehicle. Provided you use a Toyota Insurance nominated repairer, we will guarantee the quality of the workmanship on the repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.

• Round the clock accident assistance – Help is on the way, whenever you need it. Because the unexpected can happen at any time, we’ll provide you with round the clock accident assistance.

• We’ll get you home – If your vehicle cannot be safely driven after being stolen and/or damaged in an accident more than 100 kilometres from home, we will pay up to $1,000 towards the cost of getting you, your vehicle, and passengers home, to your destination, or for suitable alternative accommodation.

• We’ll keep you moving – If your vehicle is damaged or stolen, we’ll provide either a repairer’s courtesy vehicle or a rental vehicle for up to 30 days.

• Excess free glass cover – You pay no excess when we replace or repair your vehicle window glass. When you choose our approved repairers, we use genuine Toyota glass wherever possible.

• Vehicle contents cover – We will cover personal items in the vehicle up to $1,000.

• Toyota Roadside Assistance – If you need towing, jump starts, assistance with flat tyres, or no fuel, lost or damaged keys, you’ve got the peace of mind knowing that help is on the way.
