Design
Looks the part and lives up to it, too.
The GR Yaris Automatic carries the same purposeful exterior as the full GR Yaris range, with 18" forged alloy wheels, a carbon-fibre roof, and red GR brake callipers signalling the performance intent that lies beneath the bodywork.
18" forged alloy wheels
Forged, not cast, the 18" alloy wheels are significantly lighter than conventional alternatives, reducing unsprung mass and sharpening steering response the moment you turn in.
Carbon fibre roof
Lowering the centre of gravity while saving weight, the carbon-fibre roof is both an engineering decision and a nod to the GR Yaris's motorsport roots.
Precision steering control
Created with feedback from GR Master Drivers, the new performance-oriented steering wheel features a larger grip area, smaller diameter and updated paddles make every steering input feel more precise.
Red GR brake callipers
High-speed performance demands serious stopping power. The red GR callipers with ventilated discs provide it delivering the stopping power to match the car’s performance.

The GR Yaris Automatic’s paddle shifters are 15mm longer than the outgoing design, so your fingers reach them faster and with more certainty. Whether you're threading through traffic or pushing hard on an open road, the refined paddle shape provides a natural grip and a positive click with every shift.
Maximum grip strength
Activate Launch Control and the GR Yaris Automatic manages engine output and AWD torque distribution for the most efficient standing start possible. The result is a launch that's not just fast, but repeatable and controlled.
Built, not borrowed
The 1.6-litre G16E-GTS three-cylinder turbocharged engine was engineered specifically for the GR Yaris, producing 221kW and 400Nm from a compact, lightweight package. Combined with the GR Yaris' low kerb weight, it delivers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio and the immediate, high-output performance expected of a rally-bred machine.
