*Manukau Toyota Group - Black November Prezzy Drive Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
   Take a test drive, complete a service or purchase a used Toyota and go in the weekly Friday draws to win a $500 Prezzy Card, $500 off a Scheduled Service, $500 off a Pre-Paid Service Plan, $500 off Alloy Wheels/Tyres Package, $500 off DuraSeal Paint Protection, $500 off Clip Assist Scratch & Dent Repair. ("the Promotion") is conducted by Manukau Toyota Group.
2. Toyota New Zealand’s Prize Draw Terms and Conditions apply to this promotion, unless otherwise specified below
3. Promotion Period
   The Promotion begins at 9:00AM on Monday 3rd November 2025 and ends at 5:00PM on 28^th November 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). The test drive, service or used Toyota purchase need to be completed by 28th November 2025.
4. Eligibility
   • The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are New Zealand residents and hold a valid full New Zealand driver’s licence. The winner may be required to provide proof of residency.
   • The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
     1. Employees of Manukau Toyota Group, Toyota New Zealand Limited (“TNZ”), Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited (“TFS”), any Toyota or Lexus dealership nationwide; or Bridgestone New Zealand Limited;
     2. Contractors, consultants, suppliers, and agencies engaged by or affiliated with any Toyota or Lexus dealership, TNZ or TFS (including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, media, promotional, and event management agencies);
     3. Employees of direct competitors to Toyota or the Manukau Toyota Group; and
     4. The immediate family members of any of the above (including spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, and siblings, whether by birth or marriage).

5. How to Enter

Eligible individuals will be automatically entered into the draw when they do any of the following at Manukau Toyota, Botany Toyota, Papakura Toyota or Pukekohe Toyota during the Promotional Period:

• Complete a vehicle service;
• Complete a test drive in a new or used vehicle;
• Purchase a used Toyota

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry corresponds to a separate qualifying transaction (as detailed in this clause) or action during the Promotional Period.

Customers who do not wish to be automatically entered into the draw may opt out by notifying Manukau Toyota, Botany Toyota, Papakura Toyota or Pukekohe Toyota in writing (via email or in person) before the end of the Promotional Period. Upon receipt of this request, the customer will be removed from the draw and will not be eligible to win.

6. Prize Details. Each Friday in November, the following prizes will be drawn:
   • One Prezzy Card to the value of $500.
   • $500 off a Scheduled Service, $500 off a Pre-Paid Service Plan, $500 off Alloy Wheels/Tyres Package, $500 off DuraSeal Paint Protection, $500 off Clip Assist Scratch & Dent Repair.
   • The prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other goods in kind. With the exception of the Prezzy Card, the prize packages will need to be purchased and paid for by 31^st December 2025 in order for the $500 discount to be applied.

7. Manukau Toyota Group reserves the right to offer substitute Prizes
8. Prize Draw
   • The prize draws will take place at 4:00PM on Friday 7th November, Friday 14th November, Friday 21st November and Friday 28th November, at Manukau Toyota Group, 1 Gladding Place, Manukau.
   • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
   • Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted by 5:00pm on the 5th working day after the Prize Draw the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Prize Draw will be redrawn until a winner is found.

Each Entrant can only win one prize per weekly draw. If multiple entries from the same entrant are drawn within the same week, the entrant will be awarded the first prize drawn only. All remaining entries that did not win a prize will stay in the draw for subsequent weeks, until the promotion ends.

9. Publicity
   • By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Manukau Toyota Group may use their name, photo, and entry details for promotional and media purposes, without compensation, in connection with the Promotion.
10. General Conditions
    • Manukau Toyota Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
    • Manukau Toyota Group may amend or cancel the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • Manukau Toyota Group may change these terms and conditions if necessary to allow the Prize Draw to run as intended
