Looking for a community fundraiser?

What could be better than a backyard BBQ! King Toyota’s talented team were inspired to customize a Toyota Hilux tray into a mobile BBQ.

The Hilux BBQ is the perfect local fundraising idea combining two kiwi icons. The Hilux BBQ is bound to capture the interest of everyone who walks by.

At King Toyota we welcome all communities to use the Hilux BBQ in their next local fundraiser. Simply contact our friendly team below.

King Toyota in the Community

We love getting involved and trying to make a difference in our local community

Te Omanga Hospice

We’ve had a long standing relationship with Te Omanga Hospice. In addition to taking care of their vehicles servicing needs, we participate in the Te Omanga yearly Vintners Lunch where we sponsor a 6 month lease on a Rav4. In the past two years this sponsorship has raised over $8000 for TeOmanga Hospice.

This year the team have been out and about collecting donations for the Te Omanga Hospice annual street appeal.

Supporting Young Athletes

At King Toyota we believe in supporting New Zealand's young athletes. We currently sponsor rugby jerseys for multiple local and school teams. These includes St Bernard's College, Hutt International School, Petone Junior Rugby and St Patrick's College. Check out the boys using our custom Hilux BBQ for their team fundraiser.

If you can dream it, you can do it”, which is why King Toyota are proud supportors of the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon each year. The Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon helps kiwi kids stay active and healthy through a programme of participation – Every participant gets a medal!
