Consent may be withheld without affecting prize entitlement.

The Promoter will collect and use entrants' personal information to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange prize handover. Information may be shared with service providers assisting with those activities and where required by law. Any separate use of personal information for marketing will be subject to the entrant's consent and the Promoter's privacy policy.

9. General conditions
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or where it reasonably suspects tampering, fraud, misleading information or conduct that may compromise the fair operation of the promotion.
If the promotion cannot operate as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, amend or cancel it, subject to applicable law. Any change will be communicated through reasonable channels and will not unfairly disadvantage valid entrants where reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for an entry that is lost, late, misdirected or not recorded because of a technical or administrative failure outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Privacy Act 2020 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
