At level 2 we made sure your safety was our priority. At level 1 this hasn't changed, we will be following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines while offering a high level of hospitality when you visit. Orokonui Ecosanctuary

Cooke Howlison Toyota is a proud supporter of our local ecosanctuary, Orokonui.

The ecosanctuary aims To restore the ecological integrity of the Orokonui Valley by providing a pest-free environment where existing native species can thrive and into which absent native species can be safely introduced.

Alzheimer’s Otago

Alzheimers Otago provides support to people with dementia and their families across all of Otago.

Cooke Howlison had supported Alzheimers Otago since 2008 and along with some local grants provided the organisation with a new Toyota Corolla.

Department of Conservation

Together with Otago’s Department of Conservation, Cooke Howlison Toyota ran a Wild Dunedin competition to encourage ecosystems to flourish throughout Otago.

Participants made bug motels out of natural materials around the house and backyard.

The activity also qualified children to receive a Toyota Kiwi Guardians medal.
