1 + 1 Used Vehicle Offer - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Manukau Toyota Group (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).
   
   
2. Promotion Period
   The Promotion is available on selected used vehicles purchased between 11 August 2026 and 30 September 2026.
   To qualify for the Promotion, the eligible vehicle must be delivered to the customer on or before 30 September 2026.
   
   
3. Participating Dealerships
   “Participating Dealerships” means:
   • Manukau Toyota – 1 Gladding Place, Manukau
   • Botany Toyota – Cnr Te Irirangi & Accent Drives, East Tamaki
   • Papakura Toyota – 300 Great South Road, Takanini
   • Pukekohe Toyota – 22 Stadium Drive, Pukekohe

1. Eligibility
   The Promotion applies to selected used vehicles purchased from a Participating Dealership.
   Eligible vehicles will be identified in the vehicle advertisement and/or confirmed by the Participating Dealership prior to purchase.
   Eligibility for the 1 + 1 Used Vehicle Offer is confirmed at the time of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to determine and verify vehicle eligibility.
   
   
2. 1 + 1 Used Vehicle Offer
   Customers who purchase an eligible selected used vehicle will receive:
   • One complimentary next scheduled service; and
   • Following completion of that scheduled service:
     • Toyota Service Protect, where the vehicle meets Toyota Service Protect eligibility requirements; or
     • A 12-month Toyota Extended Warranty, where the vehicle is not eligible for Toyota Service Protect.

The complimentary scheduled service and applicable Toyota warranty benefit are provided at no additional charge as part of the eligible vehicle purchase.

6. Complimentary Next Scheduled Service.
   The next scheduled service due following delivery of the eligible vehicle will be provided free of charge.
   The complimentary service must be completed when due in accordance with the applicable Toyota Recommended Service Schedule and servicing requirements for the vehicle.
   The complimentary scheduled service:
   • Can be completed at any Authorised Toyota Store in New Zealand.
   • Includes the standard parts, lubricants and labour required for the applicable scheduled service.
   • Does not include additional maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, tyres,
     wear and tear items or other work outside the applicable scheduled service.
   • May include an in-service or warranty inspection where required for the applicable Toyota product or warranty.
     Any additional work identified during the service or inspection will be discussed and quoted separately and will not be carried out without the customer’s approval.

6. Toyota Service Protect
   Where the vehicle meets Toyota Service Protect eligibility requirements, completion of the complimentary scheduled service will activate Toyota Service Protect, subject to Toyota New Zealand’s applicable terms and conditions.
   Toyota Service Protect applies to eligible Toyota vehicles that:
   • Are Less than 10 years old; and
   • Have travelled less than 150,000km.

Toyota Service Protect provides an associated warranty benefit for 1 year or 15,000km from the qualifying scheduled service, whichever occurs first, subject to Toyota New Zealand’s applicable terms, conditions, exclusions and claim limits.
Where required, an in-service inspection may be completed to confirm the vehicle meets the requirements for Toyota Service Protect.
Any repairs or additional work identified through the inspection that are not included in the complimentary scheduled service will be discussed and quoted separately.
Toyota Service Protect and its associated benefits can be accessed through any Authorised Toyota Store in New Zealand, subject to the applicable Toyota New Zealand terms and claims process.

8. Toyota Extended Warranty
   Where an eligible promotional vehicle does not qualify for Toyota Service Protect, the customer will instead receive a 12-month Toyota Extended Warranty at no additional charge.
   The Toyota Extended Warranty is subject to Toyota New Zealand’s applicable terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, exclusions and claim limits.
   An inspection may be required in connection with the Toyota Extended Warranty in accordance with Toyota New Zealand’s applicable warranty requirements.
   The Toyota Extended Warranty can be accessed through any Authorised Toyota Store in New Zealand, subject to the applicable Toyota New Zealand warranty terms and claims process.
   
   
9. Warranty Cover
   The warranty benefit associated with Toyota Service Protect and the Toyota Extended Warranty provide cover for eligible sudden and unexpected mechanical and electrical failures, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and claim limits applying to the relevant Toyota product or warranty.
   Depending on the applicable warranty and vehicle, cover may include eligible Hybrid System and Hybrid Battery components.
   Specific coverage, exclusions, claim limits, excesses and any additional benefits are governed by the applicable Toyota New Zealand warranty documentation.
   Full Toyota Service Protect and Toyota Extended Warranty terms and conditions are available from Toyota New Zealand.
   
   
10. Pre-Existing Faults and Additional Work
    Toyota warranty cover applies to eligible faults arising during the applicable warranty period and does not provide retrospective cover for faults that existed before warranty cover commenced.
    Any pre-existing fault or other work identified during the complimentary scheduled service or an applicable inspection will be discussed with the customer.
    Any additional maintenance or repairs that are not included as part of the complimentary scheduled service or applicable Toyota warranty will be quoted separately and will not be carried out without the customer’s approval.
    Warranty cover remains subject to the applicable Toyota New Zealand terms and conditions, including requirements relating to servicing, maintenance, modifications, pre-existing faults, wear and tear and other exclusions.
    
    
11. General Conditions
    • The Promotion applies to selected used vehicles only.
    • Eligible vehicles must be purchased and delivered within the Promotion Period.
    • The complimentary scheduled service and applicable Toyota product or warranty benefit apply only to the eligible vehicle.
    • The complimentary scheduled service cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, parts, accessories or other services.
    • Transferability of Toyota Service Protect or the Toyota Extended Warranty is governed by the terms and conditions applying to the relevant Toyota product or warranty.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is presented for its complimentary scheduled service when due in accordance with the applicable Toyota Recommended Service Schedule.
    • The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another service or warranty promotion unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
    • The Promoter may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion if required by unforeseen circumstances or to ensure the Promotion is operated fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
    • Any 1 + 1 Used Vehicle Offer already confirmed as part of a completed qualifying vehicle purchase will be honoured in accordance with the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of purchase.

8. Consumer Guarantees Act
   The benefits provided under the Manukau Toyota Group 1 + 1 Used Vehicle Offer, Toyota Service Protect and the Toyota Extended Warranty are additional to any rights and remedies customers may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
   Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, replaces or excludes those statutory rights.
