TRC Toyota Honoured for the Second Year Running

TRC TOYOTA HONOURED FOR

THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING

It was dj vu for the TRC Toyota group recently at Toyota's annual awards ceremony when they were selected from Toyota Dealers throughout New Zealand to receive the supreme award in Customer Satisfaction for the second year running.

TRC Toyota of Fielding, Masterton and Levin were chosen as Toyota's top dealership in delivering excellent customer satisfaction for 2009, winning the President's award.

Prior to their inaugural win of the award in 2008, TRC Toyota had been amongst the finalists, but had never won the award.

Chief Executive Officer, Bruce Brownlie said the team were blown away that they were awarded this prestigious award for the second year in succession.

"It was an extreme honour to have been awarded this trophy at the last awards ceremony, but to receive it again is an extraordinary honour."

Mr Brownlie again attributes this award to his consistently loyal and hard working team across the three dealerships.

The 'Presidents Trophy' was established in 1990 after Toyota Motor Corporation's reigning President Dr Shoichiro Toyoda presented Toyota New Zealand with a trophy to annually honour the dealer who excelled in customer care.

Mr Brownlie, who has headed TRC Toyota since 1974, said this was a great achievement for the TRC Toyota team and an honour to be awarded the top customer service position nationwide for two successive years.
