        Welcome to Tasman Toyota

        Tasman Toyota was formed in 2002, evolving from Gray & Inch Toyota, the original company being established in 1946. The dealership is New Zealand's longest operating Toyota franchise, and has been trading on its current site since 1963.

        The premises underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2003 with a new Showroom and Parts and Service Reception areas built to take us into the new millennium. With the addition of our Westown branch in 2005 and also the acquisition of Hawera in 2010, we now employ over 55 people.

        As a proud Toyota Franchise we offer a full range of Automotive Services and we are Lexus and Daihatsu Parts and Service providers.

        COVID-19 Update

        Toyota Stores are open to support you with your car buying and servicing needs. At level 1 or 2 we will be following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines while offering a high level of hospitality when you visit.
