Coming Together for Our Second Values Roadshow

Earlier this year, our Rutherford & Bond Toyota and King Toyota teams came together for our second Values Roadshow, with sessions hosted by our Senior Leadership team - Derek, Richard, Craig, and Danielle.

The Values Roadshow was a great chance for team members from across the business to catch up, share ideas, and reflect on what makes our teams successful. It was also an opportunity to look ahead, reconnect with our values, and talk about how we continue to support one another while delivering great experiences for our customers.

Throughout the sessions, we explored our priorities for the year ahead, reflected on the strengths across our teams, and had some great conversations about what Making it Easy looks like in our everyday work. Hearing different perspectives from across the business was a great reminder that, while we all have different roles, we're all working towards the same goal.

One of the best parts of the Roadshow was having everyone together in the same room. It was a chance to connect with teammates from across our branches, celebrate what's working well, and build momentum for the months ahead.

A big thank you to Derek, Richard, Craig, and Danielle for leading the sessions, and to everyone who came along and contributed. It's always great to get the team together, and we're looking forward to putting these conversations into action as we continue making it easy for our customers and supporting one another along the way.
