All Blacks Day Out

Thanks to Toyota New Zealand’s partnership with New Zealand Rugby, 25 young players from Manawatū Rugby Club and 25 from Paraparaumu Rugby Football Club were treated to an unforgettable morning with the All Blacks at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre in Wellington.

The group bused down from their respective locations, and the excitement levels soared when the kids discovered that the All Blacks themselves were joining on board from their accommodation for the remainder of the trip. From that moment, it was clear this was going to be a day to remember.

The morning was filled with energy, laughter, and inspiration. The kids took part in fun skills and drills alongside their heroes, before lining up for photos and autographs to capture the memories. For eight lucky players, the experience didn’t end there; they were selected to attend the All-Blacks Captain’s Run later that day, getting an exclusive look behind the scenes of how the best in the world prepare for game day.

Under the shining Wellington sun, this experience was about so much more than rugby. It was about connection, community, and showing the next generation what’s possible through teamwork and dedication.
