Manager's Day Out

Our Management team recently spent the day at Boomrock Lodge for a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect as a team, and focus on the road ahead.

The day combined planning and strategy with conversations around leadership, coaching, accountability, and how we continue to support our teams across Rutherford & Bond Toyota and King Toyota.

Of course, it wasn't all work. Birthday celebrations, a little healthy competition, and plenty of laughs made for a great day together, with Boomrock providing the perfect setting and outstanding hospitality.

A big thank you to the team at Boomrock Lodge for having us. It was a fantastic day spent connecting, reflecting, and looking ahead together.
