A Toyota High Use Extended Warranty covers sudden and unexpected mechanical and electrical failures.
During your warranty period all servicing must be carried out at an Authorised Toyota Store or Service Agent as per Toyota’s recommendations using Toyota Genuine Parts and approved fluids. Pre-existing faults are not covered in this warranty.
A Toyota High Use Extended Warranty is available on any Toyota used vehicle that at the time of warranty purchase:
Vehicles eligible include, but are not limited to taxi, Uber, courier, rentals, security vehicles and any other Toyota vehicle that travels more than 40,000km per year.
An excess of $150 is payable for each warrantable repair. A repair is defined as the cause of the condition being isolated to one event.
Multiple events repaired together will be deemed as separate claims, with a separate excess payable on each claim.
All High Use vehicles will require a pre-inspection before a warranty can commence.
A pre-inspection ensures that your vehicle is fit for purpose and has no pre-existing conditions or faults that could deem your warranty invalid, should a claim be made.
