Manukau Toyota Group 35th Birthday Celebration Sale*

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Manukau Toyota Group (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).
2. Promotion Period
   The Promotion commences at 8:30AM, Monday 2 March 2026, and concludes at 5:30PM, Thursday 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
   All qualifying activities must be completed within the promotion period.

3. Participating Dealerships
   “Participating Dealerships” means:

• Manukau Toyota – 1 Gladding Place, Manukau
• Botany Toyota – Cnr Te Irirangi & Accent Drives, East Tamaki
• Papakura Toyota – 300 Great South Rd, Takanini
• Pukekohe Toyota – 22 Stadium Drive, Pukekohe

4. Eligibility
   The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older; and
• Are New Zealand residents.

The following persons are ineligible:

• Employees of Manukau Toyota Group.
• Employees of Toyota New Zealand Limited (TNZ).
• Employees of Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited (TFS).
• Employees of Toyota or Lexus dealerships nationwide.
• Contractors, consultants, suppliers, and agencies associated with the above.
• Immediate family members of any of the above (including spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, and siblings, whether by birth or marriage).

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

5. Vehicle Savings

• Savings apply to selected used and demo vehicles only.
• Vehicles are subject to availability and prior sale.
• Pricing and offers may be amended at any time.

6. Instant Prize Promotion
   Customers who complete a qualifying test drive or purchase a used or demo vehicle during the Promotion Period at participating dealerships will be eligible to receive:

• One (1) instant prize per person.

Conditions:

• Test drive must be conducted in person.
• Prize allocation is random.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Instant Prizes
   Instant prizes include:

• $1 Instant Kiwi Scratchie
• Toyota merchandise (hats, drink bottles, coffee cups, umbrellas, screen cleaning kits)
• Free Coffee Voucher
• Free WOF Voucher

• $20 MTA Fuel Voucher
• Free Wheel Alignment Vouchers (Botany, Papakura & Pukekohe only)

• Free Labour on a Scheduled Service Voucher

Prize Conditions:

• Subject to availability.
• Promoter may substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged prizes/vouchers will not be replaced.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

8. Voucher & Prize Redemption
   Unless otherwise stated:

• All vouchers and promotional prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.

Redemption Conditions:

• Vouchers must be redeemed only at the dealership at which they were issued/won.
• Vouchers are not transferable between dealerships.
• Vouchers are not transferable to another person.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Vouchers must be presented at time of redemption.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or honoured.
• Expired vouchers are void.

9. Major Prize – Luxury Weekend
   One (1) winner per dealership will receive:

• Overnight accommodation at Hilton Karaka
• Use of a Toyota Prado for the weekend

Conditions:

• Winner selected at random.
• Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Booking subject to availability and blackout dates.
• Prado loan subject to standard loan vehicle agreement.
• Valid full driver’s licence required.
• Insurance and excess conditions apply.
• Fuel, tolls, fines, and incidentals excluded.

10. Promotional Discounts
    Available during the Promotion Period at participating dealerships.

Offers include:

• 35% off Paint & Fabric Protection
• 35% off Clipped Assist
• $35 WOF with Full Service
• $35 off each tyre (fitted, aligned, balanced)

Conditions:

• Discounts apply to recommended retail pricing.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Workshop bookings required where applicable.
• Excludes fleet/commercial accounts unless approved.

11. Publicity
    By entering, participants agree that Manukau Toyota Group may use their name and image for promotional and media purposes without compensation.

12. General Conditions
    Manukau Toyota Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process or breach these Terms and Conditions.
    The Promoter may amend/cancel the Promotion as required.
    The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
