        How does it work?

        Laybuy offers interest-free payment instalments every 6 weeks. Meaning you can get your car serviced or buy the part you desperately want after only paying for a 1/6 of the total payment up front. You then pay the remaining 5 instalments automatically every week.

        How do I register?

        Visit the Laybuy website or download the app to sign up. You will need valid identification and a NZ mobile number.

        Is there a credit check?

        Yes, Laybuy performs a credit check on all new users.

        How long does it take to use in store?

        Not long at all! If you have already have a registered Laybuy account and hold an active debit card to your account, payments in store will be super-fast. However Laybuy is super quick to set up and our friendly staff are always here to help you.

        Can I pay it off earlier?

        Yes, you can! Laybuy offers you a choice to pay your instalments on the due date, at any time or all at once.

        What happens if I miss a payment?

        When a payment for an instalment fails, Laybuy will send you an email to let you know straight away that the payment has failed. The payment will then be attempted again 24 hours later and if this fails , a late fee will be applied. If this instalment remains unpaid for a further 7 days, another late fee will be applied.
