Another hugely talented youngster with a remarkable record in junior and senior karting and in the first rung of single seater racing, Formula First, Kaleb is entering his first season of tin top racing in the Toyota 86 Championship.
A graduate of New Zealand’s Elite Motorsport Academy, the Rangitikei College racer has attracted support and advice from not one but two of New Zealand’s motorsport icons – Kenny Smith and Greg Murphy. Smith has been pivotal in the careers of many of our top stars, including Scott Dixon and Brendon Hartley, and believes the 17-year old ace has all of the talent required to make the grade.
Completely at ease in very busy fields and experienced at nose-to-tail racing, Ngatoa is expected to make a strong bid for championship honours this season. Expect him to shine in every session.
