Toyota 86 Trophy Series sensation Lee Zeltwanger will likely be a force to be reckoned with in this season’s Bridgestone GR86 Championship.
The 23-year-old Auckland racer was the surprise package of the winter series, winning it in style and securing himself a seat for the 2025-2026 season in the CareVets Scholarship car, which was driven to the 24-25 title by Hugo Allan.
Zeltwanger will retain rookie status for the Bridgestone GR86 Championship as he has not competed in it yet, but understands eyes will be on him after his winter success.
