Toyota is offering over 200 accessories to personalise the 13 updated Hilux models which have just been launched.
The extensive range of accessories will only add to the six year record breaking Hilux accessory sales level reported by Toyota's Dealer Network.
Toyota New Zealand Accessory and Conversion Manager Will Kennedy said the versatile Hilux vehicles were suitable for customisation by owners who use their vehicle for variety of purposes. Hilux now is used by trades people, farmers and agricultural contractors, sports people, and owners who will all want to put their own personal touch on their vehicle.
The range of accessories includes many all time favourites, like canopies, tonneau covers, cargo liners, tow bars, roof racks, floor mats and seat covers, weathershields, bonnet protectors and headlight covers.
Some of the new accessories available include a range of chrome accented accessories, new 17 inch alloy wheels, a revised range of stainless steel nudge bars, alloy and steel bumper replacement bull bars which are all air bag compatible, a new range of side steps which are both functional and aesthetic and a revised ladder rack system, new front rubber mats with an improved security clip system and windows can now be tinted by your local authorised Toyota dealer.
New accessories include enhanced safety features such as a new reverse park assist system and a reverse warning buzzer.
A new range of audios is available with improved Bluetooth systems and features, a larger display screen and a new satellite navigation capable audio system. To protect the hard working interior there are new full heavy duty side air bag compatible canvas seat covers available for the four wheel drive range.
Will Kennedy said all genuine Toyota accessories were fully compliant with the vehicle's design and safety equipment. They carried a full three-year warranty when installed by a Toyota dealer and purchased at the same time as the vehicle.
