* Warranty allowances will only be reimbursed where the owner has met their responsibilities (as outlined in our warranty policy statements) and the breakdown is deemed a warrantable condition. Note there are some conditions on rental and accommodation allowances.
  3. How do you claim?

   Vehicle Repair Costs
  1. Take your vehicle to the nearest Authorised Toyota Dealer or Service Agent. Locate a dealer
  2. Discuss the condition or problem with the dealer including service history details and other relevant information.
  3. Dealer will investigate the problem and determine if the condition is covered by warranty.
  4. Dealer will discuss the repair and costs with you (including any costs that you may be liable for).
  5. Vehicle will be repaired by the dealer.
  6. Dealer submits claim for costs covered by warranty to Toyota NZ (Toyota NZ reimburses Dealer).
  7. You pay the dealer for any costs that you are liable for.

  
   Breakdown Benefits
   Towing
   AA will arrange towing to the nearest Authorised Toyota Dealer or service agent. Please discuss any other vehicle movement / towing costs with our dealer.
   Accomodation / Rental Vehicle
  1. You pay costs directly to accomodation / rental vehicle provider.
  2. Complete the reimbursement claim form and attach all original receipts.
  3. Send completed form and receipts to: Toyota NZ, PO Box 46, Palmerston North.
  4. Toyota NZ will reimburse you up to the claim limits provided the repair is a warrantable condition.


   Vehicle Servicing Costs
   (Service Plans Only)
  1. Take your vehicle to an Authorised Toyota Dealer or Service Agent. Locate a dealer
  2. Dealer will discuss the service and costs with you (including any costs not covered by the service plan).
  3. Vehicle will be serviced by dealer in accordance with Toyota recommended service schedule.
  4. Dealer submits claim for service to Toyota NZ.
  5. Toyota NZ reimburses dealer.
  6. You pay the dealer for any additional items not covered by the service plan.
