The following Terms & Conditions apply:

1. The advertised RRP is the Recommended Retail Price, however actual prices may vary dependant on vehicle specifications.
2. The advertised RRP’s do not include vehicle accessories.
3. The advertised RRP’s are valid from the 1st January 2012 until 31st December 2012, and includes GST.
4. The advertised RRP’s refer to the following models:
   • Daihatsu Sirion Manual 1.3L, Petrol, RRP: $18,990 includes GST.
   • Daihatsu Sirion Automatic 1.3L, Petrol, RRP: $19,990 includes GST.
   • Daihatsu Sirion SX Automatic 1.5 L, Petrol, RRP: $23,490 includes GST.
   • Daihatsu Terios 4WD Manual 1.5L, Petrol, RRP: $26,240 includes GST.
   • Daihatsu Terios 4WD Automatic 1.5L, Petrol, RRP: $27,250 includes GST.
   • Daihatsu Terios SX 1.5 4WD Automatic 1.5L, Petrol, RRP: $29,590 includes GST.
5. The offer consists of the following benefits:

• Initial WOF check and one Warrant of Fitness check twelve months from the date that the new Daihatsu vehicle is purchased.
• Twelve month registration from the date the new Daihatsu vehicle is purchased.
• New Vehicle Pre-delivery Inspection will be carried out prior to delivery.
• New Vehicle groom will be carried out prior to delivery to the customer.
• One full tank of 91 Octane unleaded fuel.

SERVICE PLAN OFFER:

• Offer is for the next twelve months or 15,000 km (whichever occurs first) from the date the vehicle is purchased. Intermediate services within the term of the service plan offer are also included where required. Scheduled services must be performed at an Authorised Toyota Dealer or Parts and Service Agent.
• Offer covers costs of scheduled servicing only in line with Toyota’s recommended service schedules. Additional servicing costs beyond Toyota’s recommended service schedules are at purchasers cost (please discuss service schedules and requirements with your Toyota Dealer).

6. General:

• Offer excludes all Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
• Offer is only available at participating Authorised Toyota Dealers and is subject to stock availability.
• Offer is available to GST and non-GST registered customers.
• Offer is available to New Zealand residents only.
• Offer is available on dealer sales financed through Toyota Financial Services or other finance or leasing companies.
• Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash or discount.
• Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
• Offer is not available on rental, Government or Toyota NZ Account Managed Fleet sales.
• Offer is not available on the sale of Daihatsu demonstrator vehicles.
• Entitlement to the offer goes to the ‘legal owner’ of the vehicle. Any subsequent arrangements between the legal owner of the vehicle and the driver/customer are at their care.
• Employees of Toyota New Zealand Limited, Toyota Financial Services Limited, their advertising agents, subsidiaries and Toyota Dealership staff, and their immediate families are not eligible for the offer.
• Toyota reserves the right to alter this offer at any time.
